Kearsarge Chester (Chester, MA)

Located on former agricultural land in western Massachusetts, development of this 6 MW DC ground-mounted installation included extensive collaboration with the local municipal light department, Western Massachusetts Electric Company, and the Chester community.  The Project is comprised of 19,668 Solar Modules and will provide enough clean, locally-generated, emission-free electricity every year to power more than 680 average homes.  Kearsarge arranged all financing for this landmark Project and will be the long-term owner and operator of the installation.  Commercial Operations began June 2014.
