This 140 kW DC private school project involved resolution of complex site real estate issues, as well as non-profit energy user questions and very tight scheduling to achieve project completion in time to qualify for key project incentives. Kearsarge worked with a local development partner to complete the Project and provided financing and long-term project ownership. Commercial Operations began December 2011.
